Job description

  • Administration, Wartung und Hardening von Linux-Systemen sowie Betreuung von Windows-Servern
  • Betrieb, Weiterentwicklung und Monitoring eines Rechenzentrums und der internen IT-Infrastruktur
  • Support für Kunden: Hotline, Remote-Support und gelegentliche Vor-Ort-Einsätze
  • Planung und Betrieb von Kunden-Infrastrukturen inkl. technischer Beratung
  • Bearbeitung von Tickets im First-, Second- und Third-Level-Support
  • Mitarbeit an der Weiterentwicklung unserer IT-Landschaft und internen Prozesse

Requirements

  • Abgeschlossene IT-Ausbildung oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Sicherer Umgang mit Linux-Administration sowie gute Windows-Server-Kenntnisse
  • Analytisches Denken, strukturierte Arbeitsweise und hohe Problemlösungskompetenz
  • Interesse an neuen Technologien, Automatisierung und Digitalisierung der öffentlichen Verwaltung
  • Kommunikationsstärke und Freude an Teamarbeit
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse sowie PKW-Führerschein
