Job description

  • Provide L1 deskside support for M365 (Entra ID, Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Intune)
  • Handle Outlook issues, MFA/password issues, mailbox and access issues
  • Support mobile device migration and user onboarding activities
  • Provide support for M365 Tenant-to-Tenant (T2T) migration issues
  • Coordinate with offshore teams for issue resolution and escalation

Requirements

Entra ID, Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Intune, Outlook troubleshooting, MFA support

Pay rate-$35/hr on w2

  • Please confirm if this would be onsite from day one OR Initial remote for 2-3 months, and then expect the candidate to work from the office OR 100% Remote: Onsite from day one
