Requirements

  • Du verfügst über ein abgeschlossenes Studium und mehrjähriger Berufserfahrung im Bereich SAP-Personalwirtschaft (HCM), bist ein Expertise in den Modulen Payroll und Administration. Schemen und Zyklen sind keine Fremdwörter für Dich.
  • HR-Abläufe innerhalb der Lohn- und Gehaltsabrechnung sind Dir bekannt
  • In fachliche Steuer und SV-Abrechnungsmodalitäten hast Du mehrjährige Erfahrung
  • Flexible, strukturierte und eigenständige Arbeitsweise
  • Reisebereitschaft
  • Enge Abstimmung und Zusammenarbeit mit den Kolleginnen und Kollegen
  • Hohe Kundenorientierung, verbindliches Auftreten und Kommunikationsstärke
  • Gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift sind wünschenswert
