Enterprise Change Management Advisor

We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Change Management Advisor to support large-scale organizational transformation initiatives. This role will be responsible for developing and executing change management strategies that drive successful adoption of new processes, systems, and ways of working across the enterprise. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in organizational change management, stakeholder engagement, communications, training, and enterprise project support., · Lead and execute change management activities for enterprise-wide transformation initiatives.

· Develop and implement change management strategies, communication plans, stakeholder engagement plans, and adoption plans.

· Conduct change impact assessments and organizational readiness assessments.

· Identify, engage, and support change champions throughout the organization.

· Partner with business leaders, project teams, HR, and stakeholders to drive successful change adoption.

· Develop communication and training materials that support organizational readiness.

· Facilitate workshops, stakeholder meetings, and feedback sessions.

· Monitor adoption metrics and assess change effectiveness.

· Provide coaching and guidance to leaders and managers navigating organizational change.

· Support planning and execution activities throughout the project lifecycle., Lead customer implementations of SOPHiA GENETICS genomic analysis solutions, from planning and sample selection through configuration, training, adoption, and issue resolution. Manage MaxCare Program schedules, timelines, sampling strategies, Statements of Work, technical setup, and cross-functional delivery. Translate laboratory, bioinformatics, data, and clinical regulatory requirements into practical solutions while building trusted customer relationships. The field-based US role includes approximately 30% travel.
