Job description

Join a dynamic full stack development team building modern web applications that support important financial operations in a fast-paced Agile environment. This onsite role in Washington, DC offers the chance to work across the full stack-from database design and APIs to responsive front-end experiences-using a current Microsoft and Angular technology stack. Responsibilities

Design, build, and maintain web applications across the full development lifecycle
Develop scalable APIs and service integrations using ASP.NET Core Web API
Create and optimize database objects, including schemas, stored procedures, and SQL queries
Build responsive and user-friendly interfaces with Angular
Work closely with cross-functional partners, including developers, QA, and business analysts
Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code that supports long-term stability
Participate in code reviews, testing, troubleshooting, and deployment activities
Contribute to CI/CD workflows and version control processes using Git-based tools
Support Agile delivery by collaborating on requirements, priorities, and technical solutions

Requirements

7+ years of experience developing web applications with C# and .NET
Hands-on experience with .NET 8 and ASP.NET Core Web API
Strong knowledge of Entity Framework Core
Experience working with SQL Server and relational database design
Proficiency with Angular 16 or newer
Experience using Git or other Git-based version control systems
Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently
Comfort working in an Agile development team

Preferred Skills

Exposure to microservices architecture
Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, or other containerization tools
Cloud implementation experience
Background using unit testing frameworks
