Job description

Join our client’s dynamic team as a Deskside Support Tech where your technical expertise will be pivotal in ensuring seamless IT operations within a fast-paced warehouse environment. This role offers an exciting opportunity to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, support end users, and contribute to maintaining state-of-the-art infrastructure during night shifts, Monday through Friday.

Requirements

Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve Tier 2 and 3 escalated technical issues
Proficiency with ITSM ticketing systems for workload management
Expertise in diagnosing hardware, software, and networking problems on laptops, PCs, thin clients, and mobile devices
Skilled in using SCCM, Active Directory, and diagnostic/ remediation utilities
Experience supporting and training end users on Microsoft Office applications, including Office 365 email and Outlook
Minimum of 1 year supporting end-user equipment and telephony devices

Nice to Have Skills:

Experience building, deploying, and troubleshooting desktop computers in a warehouse setting
Additional certifications in IT support or networking
Knowledge of warehouse operational workflows

Preferred Education and Experience:

Associate’s degree, bachelor’s degree, or vocational training in a technical field
At least 3 years of experience supporting end-use equipment in a warehouse environment
