Job description

Analyse, Diagnose und Behebung von Netzwerk-Incidents (On-Premises, Cloud, VPN, WLAN)
Einsatz von Netzwerk-Analyse- und Monitoring-Tools (z. B. Wireshark, Nmap)
Auswertung von Logs und Metriken in Cloud-Umgebungen, insbes. über Azure Monitor und Azure Log Analytics
Durchführung von Netzwerktests, Audits und Performance-Analysen inkl. Root-Cause-Analysen (RCA)
Erstellung strukturierter Incident-Reports mit klaren Handlungsempfehlungen
Aufbau und Pflege einer technischen Knowledge Base sowie Unterstützung interner Teams im Netzwerk-Troubleshooting __________________, * Internationale Zusammenarbeit mit internen Teams und externen Technologiepartnern

Requirements

Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung (HTL, Studium) in Informatik, Netzwerktechnik, Telekommunikation o. Ä.
Mehrjährige Erfahrung in Netzwerkadministration, Monitoring, Troubleshooting oder technischem Support
Fundierte Kenntnisse in Netzwerkarchitekturen und -protokollen (TCP/IP, VLAN, VPN, WLAN)
Praxis im Umgang mit Wireshark, Nmap und gängigen Netzwerk-Monitoring-Lösungen
Gute Kenntnisse in Cloud-, Virtualisierungs- und Hybrid-Umgebungen (insbe. Azure, VMware)
Bevorzugte Zertifizierungen: Microsoft Azure Fundamentals (AZ-900) sowie Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP)
