Python Developer

• Develop, maintain, and enhance backend services and AI-enabled features using Python.
• Design, develop, and integrate AI / Generative AI models into existing applications and systems.
• Build and maintain RESTful APIs and backend services using frameworks such as FastAPI or Flask.
• Containerize applications using Docker and support deployment and orchestration with Kubernetes.
• Collaborate closely with senior engineers, data teams, and frontend developers to deliver end-to-end solutions.
• Work with Git and Bash for software development, version control, and development operations.
• Ensure code quality, security, performance, and maintainable software architecture.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and continuously improve backend services and system reliability.

Case study: Depending on the position, we may ask you to take a test. This could be a role play, a technical assessment, a problem-solving scenario, etc.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• From 2 years of experience in Software Engineering, Backend Development, or AI-related roles.
• Strong hands-on experience with Python, preferably with FastAPI and/or Flask.
• Solid understanding of RESTful APIs, HTTP, and web development fundamentals.
• Good working knowledge of Git and Bash.
• Experience with Docker; knowledge of Kubernetes is a plus.
• Exposure to AI / Generative AI models and data-driven applications are big plus.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently on well-defined tasks while collaborating effectively with a wider engineering team.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Fluent English, both spoken and written.
