Job description

  • Sicherstellung des reibungslosen Betriebs inklusive Entstörung der Systemlandschaft
  • Beratung und Unterstützung der Anwender im First- und Second-Level-Support
  • Analyse und Behebung von Störungen
  • Betrieb der Serversysteme unter SLA-Bedingungen
  • Automatisierung von wiederkehrenden Aufgaben und Prozessabläufen

Requirements

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium der Informatik, Ausbildung zum:zur Fachinformatiker:in Systemintegration oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Kenntnisse in der Administration von Linux-Systemen
  • Praktische Erfahrung mit ITIL-Prozessen

  • Kenntnisse in den Bereichen Firewall, Netzwerktechnik, Virtualisierung

  • Flexibilität durch die Möglichkeit, mobil zu arbeiten (abhängig vom Kundenunternehmen)
