24×7 Application Monitoring Incident Logging and Recording and tracking till closure Maintaining Service Level Agreement (SLA) Management Business Matrix development for Production Services Ensuring successful delivery of production services Schedule Maintenance notification Problem Management and work proactively in case of any emergency situation and engage required resources for rectification Monitoring and Tracking of Production Issues Problem Management and root cause analysis

Requirements

Education - Minimum Education: Bachelors Degree Title: BCS /MCS

Experience - Fresh up-to 1 year of Experience Fresh resources from reputable institute with good CGPA and good understanding of Software Engineering, Databases, Algorithms and Programming Concepts. Familiarity with Solaris, Linux Platforms will be added Plus. SQL, Database management tool like DB Visualizer or other db management tool, strong analytical skills Test Scenario definition and execution, Debugging of application, problem identification skills
