IT Support Engineer

• Deliver 1st and 2nd line support for hardware, software and connectivity issues
• Manage and resolve helpdesk tickets
• Configure and deploy laptops, desktops and peripherals
• Support Microsoft 365 and Azure environments
• Troubleshoot networking and user-related issues
• Provide onsite support and assist remote users across multiple locations

This is a varied IT Support Engineer role within a busy operational environment, providing exposure to Microsoft technologies, networking and end-user support. We are looking for someone ready to take the next step in their IT career and join our team as the go-to person for day-to-day IT support.

• Previous experience in an IT Support, Service Desk or 1st/2nd Line role
• Strong Microsoft 365 knowledge
• Good understanding of Windows environments and networking fundamentals
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Microsoft Azure experience
• Salesforce exposure
• Relevant Microsoft or CompTIA certifications
