IT Project Managers

We are looking for an experienced IT Project Manager to lead the implementation of a new Enterprise Document Management System (EDMS), alongside a complementary Procurement & Supply Chain transformation project. The EDMS will provide a secure, scalable enterprise solution for managing critical legal and operational documentation, incorporating AI-enabled capabilities to improve document management, accessibility, governance and operational efficiency.

This is a high-profile transformation project involving Legal, Asset Operations, IT, Digital and external technology partners, with significant senior stakeholder exposure.

The Role -

You will take ownership of the EDMS project from initiation through to implementation and adoption, coordinating business and technology teams to deliver the new capability successfully. You will be responsible for ensuring the solution meets business requirements, is delivered within agreed scope, budget and timescales, and is successfully embedded across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities -

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of the Enterprise Document Management System (EDMS).
• Coordinate requirements gathering, process design, solution implementation, data migration, testing and deployment.
• Work closely with Legal, Asset Operations, IT and Digital teams to define future-state document management processes.
• Coordinate the implementation of AI-enabled document management capabilities where appropriate.
• Manage technology suppliers, implementation partners and internal technical teams.
• Lead UAT, business readiness, change management and go-live activities.
• Develop and maintain project plans, budgets, RAID logs, dependencies and governance reporting.
• Manage senior stakeholders and ensure timely decisions across the project.
• Ensure the EDMS delivers measurable improvements in document governance, accessibility, efficiency and operational effectiveness.
• Lead the associated Procurement & Supply Chain transformation, implementing supplier contract management through IFS.

We are looking for an experienced IT Project Manager with a strong track record of delivering enterprise technology or digital transformation projects. You will have experience managing complex projects across multiple business and technology teams, with strong stakeholder, supplier and project governance skills. Experience of the following would be particularly beneficial:

• Enterprise Document Management / Information Management
• SharePoint, OpenText, iManage, Documentum or similar platforms
• Document or data migration
• AI-enabled technology solutions
• Business process transformation
• Enterprise system implementations
• IFS or Procurement & Supply Chain transformation

EDMS experience would be advantageous, but we are equally interested in experienced IT Project Managers who have delivered complex enterprise technology implementations and business change projects.
