Backend Java Developer

• We help manage, build, develop, and design Java applications with exposure to Spring Boot, microservices, and system design.

• 6+ years hands-on experience with Java, Python, Spring, and RDBMS.
• Strong object-oriented design and development skills, including data structures, algorithms, and design patterns.
• Excellent analytical ability.
• Strong experience with relational databases and logical modelling.
• Ability to query large relational databases in an optimized manner.
• A culture of incorporating unit test cases when designing systems using JUnit.
• Ability to write scripts in Shell, Perl, and Python.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently while following proper coding standards.
• Exposure to leveraging AI agents and automation tools across software development, validation, and production deployment.
• Excellent communication skills.
