Job description

  • Load and secure metal parts into CNC milling and turning centers.
  • Operate CNC mills and lathes to machine parts to specification.
  • Make minor tooling offsets and CNC program adjustments as needed.
  • Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and work instructions.
  • Verify dimensional accuracy using micrometers, calipers, and gauges.
  • Record inspection data and communicate quality concerns.
  • Monitor machine performance and troubleshoot minor issues.
  • Operate manual machines such as drill presses, Bridgeport mills, and manual lathes when required.
  • Assist in other machining and fabrication areas as needed.

This role focuses primarily on Haas machining centers and offers an excellent opportunity for machinists who enjoy precision work, quality production, and hands-on manufacturing.

If you have experience running CNC mills or lathes, reading blueprints, making offsets, and inspecting parts, we’d love to hear from you., * High School Diploma or GED.

  • CNC machining education OR at least 1 year of CNC mill or lathe operating experience.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
  • Experience using precision measuring instruments, including micrometers and calipers.
  • Ability to load parts and perform tooling offsets and machine adjustments.
  • Basic knowledge of CNC setup and program editing.
  • Strong math and measurement skills., * Experience operating Haas CNC machining centers.
  • Experience with manual machining equipment.
  • Advanced CNC editing or programming experience.
  • Experience in a manufacturing or fabrication environment.
