Software Quality Assurance Analysts and Testers

4Consulting, Inc is seeking a qualified Software Quality Assurance Analysts and Testers to support technology consulting, application development, systems analysis, testing, data management, cybersecurity, infrastructure, or project delivery services for client projects. The selected candidate will perform duties consistent with the client’s project requirements and company delivery standards., The candidate will be responsible for:

1. Analyze business and system requirements and develop test scenarios, test cases, and test data for Medicaid and Integrated Eligibility applications.
2. Execute functional, system, integration, regression, smoke, and end-to-end testing across application functionality and business processes.
3. Identify, document, track, and validate defects while collaborating with developers, Business Analysts, and technical teams to resolve issues.
4. Support user acceptance testing, release validation, implementation activities, and overall quality assurance throughout the software development lifecycle.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Experience

Experience with QA/testing, including experience testing Medicaid, Integrated Eligibility, healthcare, government, or other complex enterprise applications.

Ability to communicate with technical and business stakeholders.

Ability to prepare project documentation, status updates, and deliverables.

Work Authorization

Must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Sponsorship may be considered where permitted by company policy and project requirements., 1. Experience testing Medicaid eligibility, enrollment, benefits, case management, or Integrated Eligibility systems.
