Software Quality Assurance Analysts and Testers

4Consulting, Inc is seeking a qualified Software Quality Assurance Analysts and Testers to support technology consulting, application development, systems analysis, testing, data management, cybersecurity, infrastructure, or project delivery services for client projects. The selected candidate will perform duties consistent with the client’s project requirements and company delivery standards., The candidate will be responsible for:

1. Review requirements, user stories, specifications, and acceptance criteria to develop test strategies, scenarios, cases, and manual test scripts.
2. Execute functional, system, integration, end-to-end, regression, smoke, negative, and user acceptance testing across application functionality and business processes.
3. Validate application data, integrations, business rules, user access, workflows, reports, and migrated data while documenting results and test evidence.
4. Identify, document, prioritize, and retest defects while collaborating with development, business, QA, and technical teams throughout releases.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Experience

3+ years of experience in software quality assurance or manual testing, including functional testing, regression testing, integration validation, data validation, and defect management.
