About the Role: Innovative Tech Solutions Inc is looking for a talented and driven Site Reliability Engineer to join their team onsite in Chantilly, VA. Responsibilities: Design, build, and maintain scalable, highly available infrastructure and systems Monitor system performance and reliability using observability tools and dashboards Respond to and resolve incidents, conduct root cause analysis, and implement preventive measures Develop and maintain automation scripts and tooling to reduce toil and improve operational efficiency Collaborate with development teams to integrate SRE best practices into the software development lifecycle Define and track SLOs, SLIs, and error budgets to ensure service reliability standards are met Participate in on-call rotations and contribute to continuous improvement of incident response processes

Proven experience as a Site Reliability Engineer, DevOps Engineer, or similar role Strong proficiency in scripting and automation languages such as Python, Bash, or Go Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes) Experience with CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure-as-code tools (Terraform, Ansible), and version control systems Familiarity with monitoring and observability tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog, or Splunk Strong understanding of networking, Linux systems administration, and distributed systems Ability to work fully onsite 5 days per week in Chantilly, VA Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to perform under pressure
