• Develop and execute the organization’s SAP strategy in alignment with overall business goals
• Lead the global roll out of SAP HR & SuccessFactors solutions
• Build and manage a high-performing team of SAP professionals
• Assist with the implementation, optimization and roll out of SAP SuccessFactors
• Ensuring project alignment with HR processes and customer requirements

• 2+ years experience of SAP SuccessFactors
• SAP Employee Central knowledge
• Strong communication skills
• Languages - fluent German (C1)
