Job description

We are currently seeking an IT Systems Engineer (m/f/d) - Infrastructure & Customer Projects for our Berlin office, to start immediately., * You will implement software and IT projects and provide technical support for them.

  • You will ensure the stable operation of our analytics and reporting software as well as customer-specific project IT.
  • You will modernize our server and infrastructure landscape, set up server structures, and create backups.
  • You will analyze issues and ensure they are resolved.
  • You’ll work closely with customers, support, project management, product management, and development to ensure the reliable operation of our products.
  • You’ll contribute your own ideas and actively help shape technical processes and structures.

Requirements

  • You have an IT or technical background, a relevant degree, or comparable professional experience.
  • You have in-depth knowledge of system administration as well as networking and infrastructure topics.
  • You have experience with containerization, Kubernetes, or comparable technologies. You are familiar with certificates, port forwarding, firewall rules, and VPN connections.

  • You have experience processing IT tickets and using ticket and service management tools.
  • You work independently, in a structured manner, and confidently with both internal and external contacts.
  • You have a solution-oriented mindset, contribute your own ideas, and adapt flexibly to new decisions and priorities.
  • You have very good German and English language skills.

  • Experience setting up and maintaining databases
  • Experience with CI/CD tools
  • Knowledge of GitOps and secrets management
  • Experience migrating existing applications to containerized environments
