Job description
We are currently seeking an IT Systems Engineer (m/f/d) - Infrastructure & Customer Projects for our Berlin office, to start immediately., * You will implement software and IT projects and provide technical support for them.
- You will ensure the stable operation of our analytics and reporting software as well as customer-specific project IT.
- You will modernize our server and infrastructure landscape, set up server structures, and create backups.
- You will analyze issues and ensure they are resolved.
- You’ll work closely with customers, support, project management, product management, and development to ensure the reliable operation of our products.
- You’ll contribute your own ideas and actively help shape technical processes and structures.
Requirements
- You have an IT or technical background, a relevant degree, or comparable professional experience.
- You have in-depth knowledge of system administration as well as networking and infrastructure topics.

You have experience with containerization, Kubernetes, or comparable technologies. You are familiar with certificates, port forwarding, firewall rules, and VPN connections.
- You have experience processing IT tickets and using ticket and service management tools.
- You work independently, in a structured manner, and confidently with both internal and external contacts.
- You have a solution-oriented mindset, contribute your own ideas, and adapt flexibly to new decisions and priorities.
- You have very good German and English language skills.
Nice-to-haves
- Experience setting up and maintaining databases
- Experience with CI/CD tools
- Knowledge of GitOps and secrets management
- Experience migrating existing applications to containerized environments
