Job description

Develop, customize, and maintain Salesforce applications using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Triggers.
Build scalable integrations with external systems through REST and SOAP APIs.
Translate business requirements into robust, scalable Salesforce implementations and technical solutions.
Design, develop, test, and deploy high-quality Salesforce components following platform best practices.
Create and maintain system integrations using web services, APIs, and automation tools.
Implement and optimize process automation using Flows, Process Builder, and other Salesforce automation features.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Salesforce applications, integrations, and automation workflows.
Participate in the full SDLC - requirements gathering, design, coding, testing, deployment, and support.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
Stay updated with Salesforce releases, new features, best practices, and platform innovations.
Ensure compliance with Salesforce development, security, and governance standards.
Prepare and maintain technical documentation, including user guides, release notes, and design specifications.
Demonstrate proficiency in Salesforce administration and core platform functionalities.

Requirements

Do you have a Bachelor’s degree?, We are seeking a skilled and motivated Salesforce Developer with 1-2 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing high-quality Salesforce solutions that support key business processes and enhance system capabilities., * Salesforce certifications such as Platform Developer I, App Builder, or Administrator.

Strong understanding of Apex, SOQL, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and LWC.
Experience with web technologies including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT, or a related field.
1-2 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce development and customization.
Knowledge of Salesforce data models, standard/custom objects, relationships, and field types.
Familiarity with Salesforce Lightning Framework, and experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Health Cloud, or Experience Cloud is a plus.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and technical documentation skills.
