Job description

  • Develop, customize, and maintain Salesforce applications using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Triggers.
  • Build scalable integrations with external systems through REST and SOAP APIs.
  • Translate business requirements into robust, scalable Salesforce implementations and technical solutions.
  • Design, develop, test, and deploy high-quality Salesforce components following platform best practices.
  • Create and maintain system integrations using web services, APIs, and automation tools.
  • Implement and optimize process automation using Flows, Process Builder, and other Salesforce automation features.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Salesforce applications, integrations, and automation workflows.
  • Participate in the full SDLC - requirements gathering, design, coding, testing, deployment, and support.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
  • Stay updated with Salesforce releases, new features, best practices, and platform innovations.
  • Ensure compliance with Salesforce development, security, and governance standards.
  • Prepare and maintain technical documentation, including user guides, release notes, and design specifications.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in Salesforce administration and core platform functionalities.

Requirements

Do you have a Bachelor’s degree?, We are seeking a skilled and motivated Salesforce Developer with 1-2 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing high-quality Salesforce solutions that support key business processes and enhance system capabilities., * Salesforce certifications such as Platform Developer I, App Builder, or Administrator.

  • Strong understanding of Apex, SOQL, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and LWC.
  • Experience with web technologies including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce development and customization.
  • Knowledge of Salesforce data models, standard/custom objects, relationships, and field types.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce Lightning Framework, and experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Health Cloud, or Experience Cloud is a plus.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and technical documentation skills.
