Job description

We are looking for an experienced Identity Access Analyst to join our Information Technology team in Glens Falls, New York. This position plays a key role in advancing identity and access practices, improving control over user permissions, and supporting audit and cybersecurity objectives across the organization. The ideal candidate brings strong expertise in access governance, authentication technologies, and secure account administration within enterprise environments.

Requirements

At least 5 years of hands-on experience in identity and access management, cybersecurity, information technology, or a closely related discipline. Hands-on knowledge of access governance, provisioning, access requests, and account lifecycle management within enterprise environments. Experience working with technologies such as CyberArk, SailPoint, Okta, multi-factor authentication, single sign-on, or comparable IAM platforms. Solid understanding of role-based access control, privileged access management, and methods for protecting sensitive or elevated accounts. Familiarity with compliance-focused access reviews, audit support, and documentation practices related to security controls. Ability to analyze access risks, improve security posture, and communicate recommendations clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools for reporting, documentation, and coordination of IAM-related activities., All applicants applying for U.S. job openings must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
