Enterprise Architect - Data Governance

• Support governance intake processes, standards adoption, onboarding, and compliance tracking
• Maintain governance documentation, reporting, meeting notes, and action item tracking
• Collaborate with business teams, IT leaders, data stewards, and project stakeholders
• Support modernization projects with embedded data governance guidance
• Assist with governance initiatives related to data quality, metadata, business glossaries, and data inventories
• Help establish repeatable processes that improve governance effectiveness and accountability
• Ensure alignment with broader governance standards, policies, and best practices

• 5+ years of experience in data governance, governance operations, program coordination, data management, business operations, or related areas
• Experience working across business and IT organizations
• Strong documentation, process management, organizational, and stakeholder coordination skills
• Excellent communication skills with technical and non-technical audiences
• Experience supporting governance, modernization, compliance, or operational improvement initiatives

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in Health and Human Services, government, public sector, or large enterprise environments
• Experience supporting data governance programs, standards implementation, reporting, or modernization initiatives
• Familiarity with data quality management, metadata, business glossaries, data stewardship, dashboards, and SQL queries
• Certifications such as CDMP, DCAM, PMP, or CAPM
