Enterprise Architect - Literacy Adoption Coordinator

• Build enterprise-wide data literacy and governance adoption programs
• Develop onboarding standards and training pathways for data stewards
• Partner with business leaders, technical teams, and change management stakeholders
• Support modernization efforts and enterprise data initiatives
• Help strengthen a culture of data accountability and informed decision-making, * Develop data literacy, governance, and stewardship frameworks aligned with enterprise strategy
• Create onboarding programs, training materials, certifications, and practical guidance for data stewards and business users
• Define governance competencies for data owners, stewards, analysts, and stakeholders
• Coordinate governance communications, awareness campaigns, and adoption initiatives
• Support governance activities related to metadata, business glossaries, data standards, and governance platforms
• Partner with business, IT, and program stakeholders to advance governance adoption and alignment

• 5+ years of experience in data governance, data management, training, change enablement, or enterprise data programs
• Experience developing governance adoption programs, stewardship models, onboarding frameworks, or data literacy initiatives
• Strong stakeholder engagement, facilitation, and communication skills
• Experience creating training materials and educational content for technical and non-technical audiences
• Strong organizational, documentation, and program coordination abilities

Preferred

• Experience in Health and Human Services, public sector, government, or large enterprise environments
• Familiarity with business glossaries, metadata management, governance platforms, reporting, dashboards, and data standards
