Job description

Our local government client is hiring an LAN / WAN Network Technician to support their team in Washington, DC!!, Utilize the Kaseya IT management platform for efficient endpoint monitoring.

  • Configure and deploy Kaseya policies for endpoint devices, ensuring compliance with organizational IT standards.
  • Monitor device health, apply updates, and address alerts generated by Kaseya.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve Kaseya-related issues, escalating to the product owner when necessary.

Requirements

Completed bachelor’s degree

  • Active Certification in either ITAM or MS MDAA
  • 10+ years’ experience handling IT asset management tasks including endpoint monitoring in Kaseya
