  • Support the development and implementation of enterprise privacy governance and compliance frameworks.
  • Monitor global privacy and data protection developments and guide the team in adapting to evolving legal landscapes.
  • Engage in high-priority strategic initiatives, including GenAI integration, biometric data governance, and digital service innovations.
  • Promote a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration within the legal team and across the enterprise.

  • Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in privacy and data protection law
  • Proven leadership experience managing and developing other attorneys.
  • Broad understanding of global privacy regulations and emerging technologies.
  • Ability to manage complex, high-stakes matters and balance legal risk with business objectives.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Demonstrated ability to nimbly navigate in a dynamic, ever-changing environment., Law degree from an accredited law school and 7 years’ experience in law. License to practice law in at least one state. 4 years’ experience leading cross-functional teams.
