AI Engineer

Seeking an AI Engineer to design, implement, and optimize AI-powered solutions that improve business processes, knowledge management, and operational efficiency. This role will work closely with technical and business teams to develop generative AI applications, build retrieval-based solutions, establish AI best practices, and ensure secure and compliant use of AI technologies., * Design, develop, and optimize AI-powered applications and workflows using Large Language Models (LLMs) and generative AI technologies.

• Build and maintain prompt libraries, prompt evaluation frameworks, and best practices to improve AI accuracy, consistency, and user adoption.
• Develop Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions that connect AI platforms to enterprise systems, databases, and document repositories.
• Partner with business stakeholders to identify use cases and implement AI solutions that drive process improvements and operational efficiencies.
• Establish AI governance, security controls, testing procedures, and compliance standards for production deployments.

• 3+ years of software engineering, machine learning, data engineering, or applied AI experience.
• Hands-on experience with Claude, ChatGPT, GPT-based solutions, AWS AI services, or similar generative AI platforms.
• Experience designing prompts, optimizing AI outputs, mitigating hallucinations, and improving model performance.
• Knowledge of RAG architectures, vector databases, embeddings, and enterprise search technologies.
• Proficiency with Python and/or JavaScript for AI integrations, automation, and application development.
• Experience with AI security, model testing, responsible AI practices, and data privacy controls.
• Familiarity with document processing, OCR technologies, and structured/unstructured data analysis is preferred.
