Requirements

Looking for a Senior CA Gen Engineer/Architect with proven experience modernizing CA Gen (Broadcom Gen/COOL) applications and migrating legacy COBOL/mainframe systems to modern platforms., * 5+ years of CA Gen (Broadcom Gen/COOL) experience

Strong knowledge of CA Gen runtime framework and model internals
Hands-on experience with CA Gen-generated COBOL code
Proven experience leading CA Gen migration/modernization projects
5+ years of COBOL development experience
Experience with Java, .NET, AWS, or mainframe modernization is a plus
