Requirements

  • Hands on experience in working with industry known ETL tools e.g. Informatica, Talend, Kettle etc (Talend Preferred).
  • Should be able to independently analyze and resolve production support issues within established Service Levels
  • Team player - clearly communicates commitments, issues, completion dates and status with the requestor and with management
  • Preferred experience 5 -7 years

Demonstrated Experience

  • Exposure to using automated scripts for some of the processes involved in data extraction and loading.
  • Should have done at least 3 implementation of ETL solution for reputed clients
  • Should be process oriented and be able to define processes and documents.
  • Should have strong knowledge on data warehousing concepts.
  • Should have exposure to handling large volumes of data extraction and data loading in VLDB environment.
  • Exposure to handling data from various sources (Flat files, Excel, Access, Databases etc..)
  • Hands on experience in data cleansing, data auditing, data standardization/manipulation and data validation.
  • Exposure to using automated scripts for some of the processes involved in data extraction and loading.
  • Should possess strong analytical and SQL skills
