Artificial Intelligence Data Analysis Analysis of Variance (ANOVA) R (Programming Language) Test Data

Job description

The Test Engineer 2 supports product development by executing mechanical and design verification testing, collecting and documenting test data, and assisting with failure analysis and root-cause investigations. In this role, you operate a broad range of electromechanical, measurement, environmental, and mechanical test equipment while helping develop test procedures, fixtures, equipment, and supporting documentation. This position offers the opportunity to contribute directly to life-changing continuous glucose monitoring technology and gain broad, hands-on exposure to mechanical testing, design verification, statistical analysis, failure investigations, and fixture development. Responsibilities

  • Execute design verification and other product testing activities to support product development and verification.
  • Collect, organize, and document test results using Good Documentation Practices to ensure traceable and compliant records.
  • Assist with failure analysis and root-cause investigations to identify issues and drive corrective actions.
  • Conduct mechanical testing involving force measurement, displacement testing, deployment mechanisms, temperature, humidity, vibration, mechanical shock, and fatigue.
  • Operate a wide range of laboratory and test equipment, including tensile testing machines, multimeters, oscilloscopes, microscopes, temperature probes, data acquisition systems, environmental chambers, and fatigue testing equipment.
  • Support the development of test procedures, protocols, reports, and other supporting documentation for design verification and validation activities.
  • Design, test, and validate fixtures and equipment used for product testing, ensuring they meet functional and safety requirements.
  • Complete engineering studies and validation activities that contribute to product development and continuous improvement.
  • Troubleshoot test setups, equipment, fixtures, and measurement systems to resolve issues and maintain reliable testing operations.
  • Interpret test data and apply statistical techniques such as design of experiments (DOE), Gauge R&R, t-tests, and ANOVA to draw meaningful conclusions.
  • Manage multiple testing activities and projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines in a dynamic testing environment.
  • Collaborate effectively with research and development (R&D) team members and other cross-functional partners to plan and execute testing.
  • Prepare clear, concise technical documentation, including test procedures, protocols, and reports.
  • Support occasional early morning, late night, or weekend testing activities when required by project timelines.
