Senior .NET Developer (Fixed Income Trading Technology)

Join a high-performing Global Markets technology team developing and enhancing front-office applications that support fixed income trading activities. This role offers the opportunity to work across the full software development lifecycle while partnering closely with traders, product owners, and business stakeholders to deliver critical business solutions.

• Work on mission-critical trading systems in a front-office environment

• Join a global technology team supporting fixed income markets, Design, develop, and implement new features and enhancements for front-office trading applications.

• Partner with product owners, business analysts, and stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver business-driven solutions.

• Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

• Create and maintain technical documentation, deployment procedures, and application specifications.

• Provide application support, troubleshoot issues, and implement enhancements to improve system performance and reliability.

• Collaborate with global technology teams supporting electronic trading, booking, pricing, and reporting solutions across fixed income products.

10+ years of professional software development experience.

• Strong expertise in C#/.NET development.

• Experience working within Agile environments using methodologies such as Scrum, Kanban, and tools such as JIRA.

• Proven ability to analyze complex requirements and deliver effective technical solutions.

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Experience supporting front-office trading environments.

• Knowledge of fixed income products, interest rate derivatives, trading workflows, and risk management processes.

• Contract-to-hire opportunity with an initial 6+ month engagement.

• Competitive hourly rate of $80-$95 per hour, dependent on experience.
