Salesforce & Zuora Consultant / Technical Expert

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce and Zuora expert to support the design, implementation, integration, and ongoing enhancement of Salesforce and Zuora solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Salesforce architecture and development, along with hands-on experience in Zuora Billing and/or Zuora CPQ, and a strong understanding of quote-to-cash processes.

The resource will work closely with business stakeholders, Salesforce/Zuora teams, and technical teams to understand requirements, design scalable solutions, and deliver high-quality implementations., Salesforce

• Design, develop, configure, and enhance Salesforce solutions based on business requirements.
• Strong hands-on experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Salesforce CPQ.
• Develop and maintain Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, Triggers, and integrations.
• Design Salesforce data models, security models, workflows, and automation.
• Perform technical analysis, troubleshoot issues, and optimize existing Salesforce solutions.
• Participate in Salesforce architecture and solution design discussions.
• Ensure Salesforce solutions follow best practices for scalability, performance, security, and maintainability.

Zuora

• Design, configure, and implement Zuora Billing solutions.
• Hands-on experience with Zuora CPQ / Zuora Quotes and quote-to-cash processes.
• Configure products, product rate plans, subscriptions, amendments, renewals, and billing processes.
• Work on Zuora integrations with Salesforce and other enterprise applications.
• Troubleshoot billing, subscription, invoicing, and integration-related issues.
• Support implementation and optimization of subscription and recurring revenue models.
• Experience with Zuora APIs and integration frameworks is highly desirable.

Salesforce-Zuora Integration

• Design and support integrations between Salesforce and Zuora.
• Strong understanding of Quote-to-Cash (Q2C) and Lead-to-Cash processes.
• Work with integration platforms/APIs to synchronize customer, product, subscription, order, and billing data.
• Analyze and resolve integration issues across Salesforce, Zuora, and downstream systems.
• Ensure data consistency and reliability across platforms.

Experience: 7+ years overall; strong hands-on experience with Salesforce and Zuora, * 7+ years of experience working with Salesforce.

• 3+ years of hands-on experience with Zuora.
• Strong experience with Salesforce CPQ and/or Zuora CPQ.
• Strong understanding of Quote-to-Cash / Lead-to-Cash processes.
• Hands-on Salesforce development experience with:
• Apex
• Lightning Web Components (LWC)
• Salesforce Flows
• SOQL/SOSL
• REST/SOAP APIs
• Salesforce integrations
• Hands-on experience with Zuora Billing.
• Experience with subscription management, recurring billing, invoicing, amendments, renewals, and payments.
• Strong integration and API development experience.
• Ability to work with business stakeholders and translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

Preferred / Nice-to-Have Skills

• Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Administrator, Platform Developer, Platform Developer II, Sales Cloud Consultant, or CPQ Specialist.
• Zuora certifications.
• Experience with MuleSoft or other integration platforms.
• Experience with enterprise applications such as ERP, payment gateways, tax engines, or financial systems.
• Experience with complex Salesforce-Zuora implementations.
• Experience working in large enterprise environments.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Xoriant reasonably expects the pay rate for this position to be within the following range: $80/hr-$85/hr
