Azure Cloud Migration Architect

• Architect scalable Azure Landing Zones including ExpressRoute, network security groups, and DNS routing.
• Develop and maintain automated Infrastructure as Code libraries using Bicep for all workload deployments.
• Configure data replication, orchestrate failover testing, and lead cutover nights using Azure Migrate.
• Direct wave-based production cutovers, DNS switchovers, load balancer updates, and rollback strategies.
• Migrate shared SQL Server instances to cloud environments while validating end-to-end data integrity.
• Establish business continuity and disaster recovery policies utilizing Azure Backup and Azure Site Recovery.
• Partner with enterprise architecture and compliance teams to validate gate readiness and technical runbooks.

• 10 or more years of experience in enterprise cloud architecture and Microsoft Azure data center migrations.
• Proficiency in Azure Landing Zone architecture, hub-and-spoke networks, and enterprise governance frameworks.
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code module development using Bicep and ARM templates.
• Experience in executing large-scale workload cutovers and replication via Azure Migrate and Azure Site Recovery.
• Experience with database migrations for SQL Server Always On clusters and Azure Database Migration Service.
• Experience in healthcare payer ecosystems, claims platforms, and HIPAA/HITECH regulatory compliance.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
