Job description

  • Design, build, and support Contact Center solutions, with a strong focus on cloud-based customer experience platforms.
  • Develop and customize Amazon Connect integrations, call flows, reporting, and omnichannel capabilities.
  • Collaborate with cross functional teams to deliver scalable, secure, and high performing contact center solutions.
  • Amazon Connect, Python, Lambda, LLM Assisted NLU

  • Develop and customize Amazon Connect integrations, call flows, reporting, and omnichannel capabilities

Requirements

  • We need a Senior Developer hands-on who can build Connect AI agents for existing Amazon Connect /Lex implementation.
  • Minimum years of experience: 10+ years
  • Education: Bachelor’s or Master of Engineering, * We need a Senior Developer, hands-on who can build Connect AI agents for existing Amazon Connect /Lex implementation.
  • Minimum experience of building AI agents (within Amazon Connect) - 2 years.
  • Minimum experience with Amazon Connect/ Lex - 5 years

  • Python, Lambda
