PowerBI Developer

Work you’ll do/Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Power BI reports, dashboards, and semantic models that enable data-driven decision-making.
• Translate business requirements into scalable BI and analytics solutions within an Agile delivery environment.
• Build data models using star schemas, relationships, DAX, and Power Query (M).
• Connect to, transform, and optimize data from SQL Server, Azure Synapse, SharePoint, and other enterprise sources.
• Support Power BI Service administration, including workspaces, gateways, row-level security, and deployment processes.
• Contribute to CI/CD for BI solutions and collaborate with stakeholders to troubleshoot issues and improve reporting capabilities.

Required

• 5+ years of experience delivering BI and analytics solutions in an Agile environment.
• Experience developing Power BI reports, dashboards, and semantic models using DAX, Power Query (M), and data modeling.
• SQL experience, including data extraction and transformation, with experience working with enterprise data sources.
• Working knowledge of Power BI Service administration, including workspaces, gateways, row-level security, and BI deployment practices.
• Familiarity with Power Platform tools, Azure data services, and AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot or Claude Code is a plus.
