Job description

We are seeking a Senior AI Developer to design, develop, and deploy AI Agents using Snowflake Cortex AI. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Generative AI, agent-based architectures, LLMs, Snowflake Cortex AI capabilities, and enterprise-scale AI solution development. This role will focus on building intelligent AI agents, integrating enterprise data sources, and delivering scalable AI-powered business solutions. The requirement specifically calls for a senior AI developer to build AI agents using Snowflake Cortex AI., Design and develop AI Agents using Snowflake Cortex AI.

Build and implement agentic workflows, orchestration frameworks, and AI-powered automation solutions.

Develop Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines and enterprise knowledge solutions.

Integrate AI agents with enterprise applications, APIs, and databases.

Optimize prompts, grounding strategies, and model performance.

Implement AI governance, security, monitoring, and observability controls.

Collaborate with Product Owners, Architects, Data Engineers, and Business stakeholders.

Evaluate emerging AI technologies and recommend best practices.

Support deployment, monitoring, and continuous improvement of AI solutions.

Requirements

Strong experience in Generative AI, LLMs, and intelligent agent development.

Hands-on experience with Snowflake Cortex AI, Snowflake Data Cloud, and AI functions.

Proficiency in Python and AI frameworks.

Experience building RAG solutions and enterprise AI applications.

Similar AI engineering requirements emphasize hands-on LLM tooling, agent patterns, and RAG implementations.

Knowledge of vector databases and embeddings.

Experience with REST APIs, microservices, and cloud-native architectures.

Strong understanding of prompt engineering and AI model optimization.

Experience with Git, CI/CD, and DevOps practices.

Preferred Skills

Experience with LangChain, Lang Graph, Semantic Kernel, CrewAI, or similar agent frameworks.

Azure OpenAI, OpenAI, Anthropic, or equivalent LLM platform experience.

Experience with Snowflake Streams, Tasks, Cortex Search, Cortex Analyst, and Cortex Agents.

Knowledge of healthcare, insurance, or enterprise data platforms.

Exposure to MLOps and AI governance frameworks.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or related field.

8+ years of software development experience with 3+ years focused on AI/GenAI solutions.

Proven experience delivering enterprise AI applications and agent-based solutions.

Nice to Have

Experience building enterprise AI copilots and autonomous agents.

Snowflake certifications.

Experience working with healthcare domain initiatives.
