Senior Information Systems Security Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Information Systems Security Engineer to join our team in Washington, DC. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in information security, cybersecurity, and systems engineering. This role requires a deep understanding of security protocols, threat detection, and mitigation strategies., * Design and implement secure information systems and networks.

• Conduct vulnerability assessments and penetration testing.
• Develop and enforce security policies and procedures.
• Monitor and analyze security alerts and incidents.
• Provide technical support and guidance to staff on security best practices.
• Stay current with emerging security threats and trends.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in information security and systems engineering.
• Certifications such as CISSP, CEH, or CISM preferred.
• Strong knowledge of operating systems, networks, and security tools.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Clearance: Active Top Secret/SCI clearance required.
