Job description
The Senior Product Manager will partner with Customer Care stakeholders and Epic delivery teams to define, prioritize, and deliver scalable solutions within the Epic electronic medical record environment. This role owns the product vision, roadmap, and backlog for patient engagement and customer relationship management capabilities, ensuring business needs are effectively translated into actionable requirements. The ideal candidate brings strong Epic expertise, particularly within Cheers CRM and/or MyChart, along with experience working in Agile product delivery environments., o Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document product requirements o Translate business needs into user stories, acceptance criteria, and prioritized backlog items o Own the product roadmap and strategic direction for Epic-based patient engagement solutions o Partner with technical delivery teams to ensure solutions align with business objectives o Lead product prioritization, intake evaluation, and feature planning activities o Validate completed work and ensure delivered functionality meets stakeholder expectations o Facilitate communication between business users and technical teams throughout the project lifecycle o Support Agile ceremonies and contribute to continuous product and process improvement initiatives o Drive successful implementation and adoption of Epic-based capabilities across the organization, o Epic Cheers CRM o Epic MyChart o Epic EMR o Product Management o Agile o Scrum o Jira o Confluence o Requirements Gathering o Stakeholder Management o Product Roadmap o Healthcare Technology
Requirements
o Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Healthcare Administration, or a related field o Minimum three years of experience working with Epic Cheers CRM and/or Epic MyChart o Experience gathering business requirements and translating them into product solutions o Strong understanding of product management principles and methodologies o Experience working within Agile and Scrum delivery environments o Familiarity with Epic certifications related to applicable modules o Strong stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills o Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment Preferred Qualifications: o Experience as a Product Manager, Product Owner, or Business Analyst supporting Epic platforms o Knowledge of Jira and Confluence o Experience working within healthcare, patient engagement, or customer care environments o Background supporting large-scale enterprise technology implementations o Current or recently active Epic certification
