- Change & Project Management, We are seeking an experienced Senior Product Manager with strong expertise in Epic Cheers (CRM) and/or MyChart to support Customer Care and digital engagement initiatives. This role will partner closely with business stakeholders and Epic delivery teams to translate business needs into scalable Epic solutions, drive product strategy, and ensure successful delivery of enhancements and new capabilities., * Partner with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document requirements.
- Define user stories, acceptance criteria, and product requirements for Epic-based solutions.
- Own and manage the product roadmap, backlog, and prioritization process.
- Collaborate with Epic delivery teams to ensure solutions align with business objectives.
- Evaluate enhancement requests, identify optimal solutions, and drive implementation.
- Validate delivered solutions and ensure they meet business and user needs.
- Facilitate communication between business users and technical teams throughout the project lifecycle.
Requirements
BACHELOR OF COMPUTER SCIENCE, * 5+ years of Python development experience.
- Strong hands-on AWS Lambda and serverless architecture expertise.
- Experience with Aurora and DynamoDB.
- Knowledge of Liquibase for database migrations.
- Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and Agile methodologies.
- Strong troubleshooting and performance optimization skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities., The ideal candidate will possess a blend of Epic domain expertise, product management experience, and Agile delivery knowledge, with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment., * 3+ years of hands-on experience with Epic Cheers (CRM) and/or MyChart modules.
- Experience working with Epic applications in a Product Manager, Product Owner, Business Analyst, or similar role.
- Strong understanding of requirements gathering, stakeholder management, and solution delivery.
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Epic certification (active or recently expired) preferred., * Product Management experience in a healthcare environment.
- Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Experience with Jira and Confluence.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills., * Self-driven and able to work with minimal supervision.
- Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills.
- Process-oriented with the ability to balance strategic planning and hands-on execution.
- Experienced working in complex, cross-functional environments.
Must-Have Skills: Epic Cheers (CRM), MyChart, Epic Certification, Requirements Gathering, Stakeholder Management. Nice-to-Have Skills: Product Management, Agile/Scrum, Jira, Confluence.
Note: Candidates with direct experience in Epic Cheers (CRM) and/or MyChart will be given strong preference.
