Job description

  • Own the execution roadmap for internal security tools, managing timelines, priorities, and engineering resource allocation across the software development life-cycle.
  • Ensure technical architectures from the Functional pod are translated accurately and efficiently into software builds by the Operational pod.
  • Act as the primary technical liaison with central, managing security reviews, infrastructure dependencies, and compliance launch gates.
  • Triage engineering issues, evaluate design tradeoffs, and assess risk surfaces to prevent project bottlenecks.
  • Lead specific programmatic domains (e.g., Data and Access Governance or Remediation and Response Operations), ensuring holistic coverage of the gTech risk environment.

Requirements

Experience driving progress, solving problems, and mentoring more junior team members; deeper expertise and applied knowledge within relevant area., * Bachelor’s degree in a technical field, or equivalent practical experience.

  • 5 years of experience in program management.
  • Experience working with security engineering to deploy security control solutions.
  • Experience analyzing data sets (e.g. SQL).

Preferred qualifications:

  • 5 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
  • 5 years of experience in technical program management, managing cross-functional software engineering or infrastructure programs.
  • Experience managing complex enterprise security, identity, or privacy programs.
  • Familiarity with central security infrastructure.
  • Strong ability to influence without authority and communicate complex technical tradeoffs to executive stakeholders.

Individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
