Job description
Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Workflow Support Specialist to join our team! The Air Force Mission Assurance (MA) Construct Support Team requires highly specialized technical, analytical, and investigative support services. In this role you will perform workflow enablement and automation activities using capabilities available within Government-directed enterprise data platforms You will provide direct office workflow support senior leaders, including but not limited to Senior Staff Officer (SSO) administration, coordination and support for meetings, facilitation of Video Teleconferences (VTC) up to the Top Secret (TS) level, and other workflow duties as required to ensure mission success.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Coordinate with the Air Force and DoW database owners to establish data access across all levels of classification, determine available data and map that data to existing or new dashboards.
- Configure, refine, and document MA process workflows to ensure consistency, repeatability, and traceability.
- Ensure that all data remains secure as it flows to dashboards and is mapped to its original source. Applies logic to all data so that erroneous information is flagged and cannot skew the outcome of calculations and modeling.
- Automate analytical, coordination, and reporting steps within MA workflows to reduce manual effort and improve timeliness, accuracy, and transparency by establishing access to data so that existing AF and DoW data processes input in the field are available for near real time displays accessed by senior AF leaders.
- Align MA workflows with approved policies, governance processes, and decision-making forums to mitigate risks to critical missions. This involves integrating trusted data into mission analysis, applying risk calculations, and grouping and displaying the results so senior leaders can make informed operational decisions regarding critical Air Force missions.
- Track lifecycle management of MA workflows, including version control, documentation, and transition of updated workflows into sustained operations including data lineage, stewardship responsibilities, and quality checks
Requirements
- Active Top Secret/SCI security clearance
- Bachelor’s degree
- 5+ years of related experience
- 1 year working with data engineering in the Palantir Foundry data integration platform or approved equivalent, inclusive of both data pipelines and complex ontology development
- Shall have demonstrable extensive knowledge of distributed computing frameworks (e.g., Spark) and Foundry programming languages (Python, PySpark, SQL, TypeScript)
- Translation of analytical and AI-driven insights into decision-relevant products for senior leaders and stakeholders.
- Data governance, stewardship, documentation, and sustainment of analytical workflows.

Salary Range: $103,500.00 - $181,100.00
