Sr. IBM Z Scheduler Expert

Overview: Looking for a Migration Deployment Specialist (IZWS) to lead mainframe batch scheduling conversions to enterprise workload automation platforms. Must be an SME in scheduling migrations, with strong z/OS expertise, analytical skills, and ability to collaborate across development, test, and production sysplex environments., * Mainframe batch scheduling migration (CA7, ESP, Jobtrac, ControlM IZWS)

• z/OS, OS/390, sysplex environments
• TSO/ISPF utilities, dataset manipulation
• JCL (expertlevel troubleshooting & structure)
• REXX scripting (automation support)
• Dynamic Workload Console navigation & analysis
• Schedule validation, dependency resolution, parallel tracking cycles
• Documentation, procedures, training delivery
• Strong communication & stakeholder collaboration

Experience:

• 5+ years mainframe (OS/390, z/OS)
• 5+ years workload automation/job scheduling platforms
• Proven migration execution across dev/test/prod environments
• Excellent written/verbal communication skills
