What is this role about?McGraw Hill is seeking an ALEKS Implementation Manager to support its Higher Education division and help drive successful adoption of the ALEKS digital learning platform.ALEKS is a research-based online learning platform supporting subjects including Math, Chemistry, and Placement. The platform uses more than 30 years of research and analytics to assess student knowledge, personalize learning, support mastery, and provide educators with insights into student and class-level progress.The ALEKS Implementation Manager is responsible for partnering with customers, prospective customers, and internal sales teams to provide implementation consultation, coaching, professional development, training, and technical assistance. This individual will help ensure customers successfully implement ALEKS and achieve strong implementation fidelity. This is a remote position with up to 25% of travel time required. Candidates mustreside in and be authorized to work for any employer in the United States. The idealcandidate should reside in New York City or Boston. What you will be doing:Manage the ALEKS implementation needs of your assigned territory with key focus on new customers, retention of existing customers and expansion at existing accounts.Enforce best practices while establishing long-standing trust and partnership with customers and your internal partners.Maintain master knowledge of ALEKS, the science behind ALEKS, ALEKS data and reports.Gather and share customer feedback, observations, and market needs to internal McGraw Hill stakeholders to ensure products and services are continually improved.Communicate with, coach and guide internal stakeholders to promote teamwork that ensures implementation success across the territory.Regular analysis of and communication with new, existing, and at-risk territory implementations to ensure optimized implementation and success through field based best practices and course management. We’re looking for someone with:5+ years of professional experience required. (Teaching experience, Instructional design and/or educational technology preferred)Higher Education experience is preferred.Bachelor’s Degree required. (Advanced degree in education, math, science or educational technology preferred)Ability and willingness to travel. (Travel demands depend on territory and account needs)Extraordinary desire to learn and innate drive to help others with strong presentation skills and ability to interact with employees and customers of varying levels, personalities, abilities.Familiarity with major operating systems, browsers, Zoom, Microsoft Office Suite, internet concepts are a requirement.
