Own the Compensation & Benefits product roadmap, partner with architects and technology teams on scalable Workday solutions, drive delivery and adoption, identify AI/automation opportunities, and ensure security, compliance, and business outcomes.

Requirements

10+ years of Workday / HR Tech experience
Workday Advanced Compensation & Benefits Administration
Merit, Bonus, Equity and Benefits processes
Alight/vendor ecosystem experience
Product roadmap, backlog and prioritization
Strong stakeholder and Total Rewards experience
AI, automation, analytics, security and compliance
