PSI Pax, Inc has an exciting opportunity for a Navy ERP Analyst to support an opportunity for our customer located in Patuxent River, MD. Duties & Responsibilities: Specific tasks include the following support for the sustainment and enhancement of Navy ERP:

  • Responsible for applying expert technical and functional knowledge of the Navy ERP System in performing operations of complex difficulty in order for the system to meet the ongoing Navy business operations requirements.
  • Provides help desk ticket resolution support.
  • Supports the management of master data.
  • Provides a wide range of data analytics and reporting support for end users.
  • Participates in release management including analysis of defects, solution design, testing, and deployment. Supports strategic planning of the operational impact of releases, upgrades, planned maintenance, schedules, standard operating procedures, and business process efforts.
  • Provides production operation support including but not limited to period end close, year end close, and interface processing.
  • Facilitates working groups.
  • Prepare documentation required for end-user training.

Requirements

  • Secret Clearance. Candidate selected will be subject to a Government background investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.
  • At least three (3) years of professional experience.
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Must work well independently; have the ability to interface with customers in senior/executive level positions.
  • Must have strong written and verbal communication skills and must provide customer service both internally and externally.
  • Familiarity with help desk systems such as the National Help Desk Service Manager (NHDSM), Service Now, or similar is desirable.
  • Must have experience with Microsoft Applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Education Requirements:

  • A High School Diploma
