Business Relationship Management Representative

Digital Enterprise Solutions, Inc. (DESI) is seeking a Business Relationship Management Representative to join our team of qualified, diverse individuals. This is a Full-Time (Regular), Exempt (Salary) position located in Patuxent River, MD 20670. Telework will be allowed with approval, however, candidates will be expected to work on-site as needed at Patuxent River, MD 20670.

• Assisting in promoting an IT solution through coordination with internal customer Teams.
• Facilitate the cost estimation process prior to agreement finalization and delivery.
• Maintain customer profiles/portfolio trackers.
• Assist in integrating customer requirements with existing initiatives.
• Acts as the entry point for all new initiatives.

To be considered for this position, you must meet the education and experience listed below:

• High School diploma or GED is required.
• AA/AS/BS/BA degree -OR- High School diploma/GED and two (2) years of experience performing work related to the roles/responsibilities above.
• Degree in management or similar discipline preferred.
• Degrees must be from an accredited college or university as recognized by the U.S. Department of Education., To be considered for this position, you must minimally meet the knowledge, skills, and abilities listed below:
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
• Proficiency using Microsoft Teams
• Ability to work independently.
• Ability to facilitate and lead meetings.
• US Citizenship is required due to US government contract requirement.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a SECRET clearance (interim required to start)., Candidates with experience or knowledge in these desired skills will be given preferential consideration:
• Experience with Microsoft SharePoint Online.
• Experience with ServiceNow
• Experience with Ivanti ITSM.
• Experience with ITSM within NAVAIR.
• ITIL 4 Foundations Certification.
• Active SECRET clearance.
