Software Developers

4Consulting, Inc is seeking a qualified Software Developers to support technology consulting, application development, systems analysis, testing, data management, cybersecurity, infrastructure, or project delivery services for client projects. The selected candidate will perform duties consistent with the client’s project requirements and company delivery standards., The candidate will be responsible for:

1. Design and develop scalable Salesforce solutions using platform development technologies and best practices.
2. Develop and maintain custom applications, components, integrations, and business functionality based on requirements.
3. Implement secure data models and application designs while considering platform performance and system limitations.
4. Support DevOps, testing, deployment, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement activities across Salesforce environments.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Experience

3+ years of experience in Salesforce development, including custom development, platform solutions, cloud functionality, integrations, and software delivery practices.

Technical Skills

Platform Development, Object-Oriented Programming, Web Components, Database Query Languages, Application Security, Data Modeling, API Integration, CI/CD & DevOps

Business / Domain Skills

Application Development, CRM Solutions, Business Requirements, System Integration, Data Management, Software Delivery

Communication

Ability to communicate with technical and business stakeholders.

Documentation

Ability to prepare project documentation, status updates, and deliverables.

Work Authorization

Must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Sponsorship may be considered where permitted by company policy and project requirements., 1. Experience developing and supporting enterprise applications or cloud-based business platforms.
