Job description

  • Betreuung und Wartung der gesamten IT-Infrastruktur
  • First- und Second-Level-Support für Mitarbeiter vor Ort und remote
  • Unterstützung bei IT-Projekten wie Migrationen, Rollouts, Systemeinführungen oder Anforderungsmanagement
  • enge Zusammenarbeit mit externen Dienstleistern
  • Betreuung von branchenspezifischen Lösungen

Requirements

  • fundierte Kenntnisse im Microsoft-Umfeld (Windows Server und Clients)
  • Erfahrung mit VMware, Veeam Backup, SQL-Verwaltung und MDM Verwaltung
  • selbstständige, strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • gute Kenntnisse in User Support
