Erp Change Management Lead

Enablement Oversee development of training content and delivery plans. Prepare leaders and end users with the skills needed for adoption. Support role clarity and new competency requirements. Governance & Collaboration Establish change governance and reporting structures. Work closely with program leadership, functional teams, and partners. Provide expert guidance to enable aligned, effective change execution. 10+ years of experience in Change Management, Organizational Transformation, or ERP/SAP Program Delivery. Proven ability to lead complex change initiatives across multi-division, multi-region organizations. Strong understanding of ERP process transformation and global stakeholder management. Certification in a recognized change management methodology (e.G., PROSCI, ACMP) is a strong advantage. Exceptional communication, facilitation, and influencing skills, including experience engaging senior business and IT stakeholders. Fluency in English; German or French is an asset. Experience with SAP S/4HANA transformation programs is a strong plus.
