Symrise is a global supplier of fragrances, flavors, food, nutrition, and cosmetic ingredients.Its clients include manufacturers of perfumes, cosmetics, food and beverages, pharmaceuticals and producers of nutritional supplements and pet food.Its sales of € 4.9 billion in the ** fiscal year make Symrise a leading global provider.Headquartered in Holzminden, Germany, the Group is represented by more than 100 locations in Europe, Africa, the Middle East, Asia, the United States and Latin America.Symrise works with its clients to develop new ideas and market-ready concepts for products that form an integral part of everyday life.Economic success and corporate responsibility are inextricably linked as part of this process.Symrise - always inspiring more…Your roleAs a key member of the SAP Program Management Team, the Change Management Lead will shape and execute the change strategy for our enterprise-wide SAP transformation.This role ensures a smooth transition to the new ERP solution, drives strong stakeholder adoption, and enables long-term value from new processes and ways of working.You will collaborate closely with business leaders, functional teams, and program stakeholders to guide the organization through this multi-year journey.Key ResponsibilitiesChange Management Strategy & Planning- Develop and lead the end-to-end change management strategy.- Define change plans, timelines, readiness measures, and success criteria.- Integrate change activities into the overall program plan.Organizational Readiness & Impact Analysis- Conduct impact assessments across functions and regions.- Identify risks, resistance points, and change implications.- Prepare leaders and teams for new processes, systems, and behaviors.Communication & Engagement- Create and execute targeted communication strategies.- Facilitate leadership alignment, town halls, and change champion networks.- Ensure consistent, transparent, and timely program communication.Training & Role-Based Enablement- Oversee development of training content and delivery plans.- Prepare leaders and end users with the skills needed for adoption.- Support role clarity and new competency requirements.Governance & Collaboration- Establish change governance and reporting structures.- Work closely with program leadership, functional teams, and partners.- Provide expert guidance to enable aligned, effective change execution.- 10 years of experience in Change Management, Organizational Transformation, or ERP/SAP Program Delivery.- Proven ability to lead complex change initiatives across multi-division, multi-region organizations.- Strong understanding of ERP process transformation and global stakeholder management.- Certification in a recognized change management methodology (e.g., PROSCI, ACMP) is a strong advantage.- Exceptional communication, facilitation, and influencing skills, including experience engaging senior business and IT stakeholders.- Fluency in English; German or French is an asset.- Experience with SAP S/4HANA transformation programs is a strong plus.Barcelona, Spain - Home to Symrise’s Data & AI HubWe offer a hybrid work model, combining on-site collaboration with remote flexibility, ensuring seamless global coordination.#J-***-Ljbffr

10 years of experience in Change Management, Organizational Transformation, or ERP/SAP Program Delivery.

• Proven ability to lead complex change initiatives across multi-division, multi-region organizations.
• Strong understanding of ERP process transformation and global stakeholder management.
• Certification in a recognized change management methodology (e.g., PROSCI, ACMP) is a strong advantage.
• Exceptional communication, facilitation, and influencing skills, including experience engaging senior business and IT stakeholders.
• Fluency in English; German or French is an asset.
