Senior SharePoint Developer

We are working with them as they look to engage a Senior SharePoint Developer to work as part of a global team to design, develop, administer, and modernize their SharePoint environments across on-premise and cloud platforms. This role combines hands-on custom development with enterprise platform administration, including system maintenance, updates, patching, governance, and intranet design.

·Defining and owning the SharePoint architecture roadmap across SharePoint SE and SharePoint Online

·Designing scalable, secure, and high-performing SharePoint solutions

·Optimising platform cost, performance, and usability

·Designing and developing solutions using SPFx, React, TypeScript, JavaScript, Microsoft Graph APIs, and REST APIs

·Designing and maintaining enterprise on-premises and cloud SharePoint platforms

·Administering SharePoint SE (on-prem) and SharePoint Online tenants

Skills and experience required:

·Extensive hands-on experience administering and developing solutions for SharePoint Subscription Edition (SE) and SharePoint Online.

·Proven expertise in SharePoint Framework (SPFx) development

·Proficiency in TypeScript, JavaScript, React, HTML5, CSS3, and modern front-end

·development practices

·Strong experience integrating SharePoint solutions using RESTful APIs and Microsoft Graph

·Solid experience with C# and .NET Framework for backend and integration development

·Hands-on experience administering SharePoint on-prem environments, including patching, upgrades, performance tuning, and troubleshooting

·Strong experience with SQL Server design, development, and optimization.

·Knowledge of DevOps practices (CI/CD, release management, monitoring) as applied to SharePoint/SPFx deployments

·It is essential that you have experience in working within a large enterprise scale environment - professional services would be preferred.
